The founder of the firm, Adv. Iris S. Bodenheimer was admitted to the Israel Bar Association in 1987 and serves as a lawyer since then.

Advocate Bodenheimer holds a Law degree from the Tel-Aviv University, 1986 (LLB); and a MBA degree from Northwestern University – the Kellogg School of Management and Tel Aviv University – the Leon Recanati School of Business Administration, 2001 (MBA).

Since 2003 Adv. Bodenheimer is a certified Mediator from the Chief Administrator of the Israel Courts of Law.

During the years 1993 till 2001 Advocate Bodenheimer served as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the Blue Square Israel Ltd. (BSI) Group. BSI is Israel’s leading retail chain. BSI is a public corporation traded both in the Tel-Aviv and New-York stock exchanges.

Advocate Bodenheimer established and developed the legal department of BSI and was responsible for its overall management. As a member of the company's management she participated on a regular basis in all board meetings and major strategic discussions and decisions of the company.
As General Counsel of the company, she was involved in all major transactions, including international transactions. (IKEA, Marks & Spencer, Mothercare, Home Center, Leader Price. Etc.).
Adv. Bodenheimer was involved in the company's IPO in the NYSE and responsible for all corporate secretarial responsibilities for the authorities in Israel and USA.

From 1987 to 1993 Advocate Bodenheimer practiced law in private business law firms. Her experience in those firms includes, drafting contracts in all aspects of business law, conducting negotiations for clients in business transactions, establishing of companies and other legal entities, advising clients on all matters related to estates, probate and inheritance proceedings, estate planning, drafting of wills, probate and inheritance orders and administration of estates, issues in labor and employment issues and litigation in commercial issues as well as in labor issues.
